1. Right handed. He's tried wanding with his left, but it feels too weird for him.
2. Light brown, maybe greyish or blondish in certain light. It's messy and curls when it gets long enough.
3. A solid brown.
4. Right. It's easier for him to reach the side table for the water he keeps there or his wand just in case something happens in the night.
5. Fish dishes, Creamy Seafood Curry is his favourite. His family would take fishing trips when he was a child and his father still have a regular date of it. Sometimes they take his half brother.
6. New car. He's never had one, but he likes the smell of them. After that it's nature smalls, dirt and rain, but only on a woman. He likes a woman that can take the outdoors, even though it's not something he'd been able to do much of himself.
7. He's close with his father. They have a mutual respect for one another and a strong bond that came from Iain's mother leaving them. It had been a mutual decision, but it had still left a gap in the house.
8. His mother and him aren't awful. She held him at arms length when the magic started. Once the divorce was final, she clung on to him and begged him to visit constantly. He did sometimes until she had a new husband. The visits started again when she had a new son. Iain wasn't sure about his mother's parenting capabilities and sometimes wonders if that was what screwed up his parents, so he wants to watch out for his half brother.
9. His step father and he are extremely stiff, if not strained. Iain resents the man wanting to take the father role on him and avoids contact with the man when he can. His brother and he are on great terms and he'll often invite him along on fishing trips with his own father and takes him down to London at least twice every summer.
